Please ensure that you read and understand all the provisions of this document before you start using the IVY NEST, as you shall be bound by all the terms and conditions herein upon clicking on the “ACCEPT & CONTINUE” button on this electronic contract. If you do not agree or accept any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, then please do not use the IVY NEST’s digital platform or avail any of the services being provided therein.

  1. Scope of the Policy
    1. This Policy entails the provides the details of Coupon and Referrals and the benefits associated with them.
    2. It is a complete prerogative of the Company to provide such benefits and the user will not be able to claim the benefits as a matter of right.
  2. Coupon
    1. To avail any coupon, the Licensee needs to stay for a minimum of 60(sixty) days from day of shifting.
    2. In case a Licensee vacates the property/ apartment/ premises before 60(sixty) days from the day of shifting the discount already availed will be recovered from the Security Deposit.
    3. In case of coupon which has future discounts on ninety months, the month will be counted with shifting month considered to be the first one.
    4. In case the coupon descriptions mention a minimum stay requirement, the discount availed will be recovered from the security deposit in case the Licensee leaves before the minimum stay period.
    5. If a coupon code with gift card benefit has been used then the gift card will be sent to the Licensee within 15(fifteen) days of shifting on their registered email id & phone no.
    6. If the Licensee has raised notice to vacant and has to pay rent for the vacant month and has some future discount which is a part of the month, the discount will be passed on pro-rata basis the number of days the resident is staying in the property/apartment/premises.
    7. A Licensee on its notice period is not eligible to avail any coupon. To avail any benefit, it needs to recall its Vacant Notice and then apply the coupon.
    8. Two offers cannot be clubbed unless specified otherwise in the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Referral
    1. The referral benefit for the month is at the discretion of Licensor and can be revised.
    2. The referral benefit will be allocated/allowed to the Licensor post review by the internal team.
    3. In case the referee is already registered in the Licensor’s system, referral benefit will not be provided/allowed.
    4. In case a referee is referred by more than one Person, then the earliest submission is considered for the benefit.
    5. The referee should book a property/apartment/premises of the Licensor within one month of getting referred for the referral benefit to be provided to both the referee and the referrer.
    6. There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be given by a Licensee, unless explicitly specified.
  4. Fee and Payment
    1. The User agrees to pay their tax dues as and when they arise. These may include but are not limited to any kind of Direct, Indirect, Custom, Duty or any other kind of charge that may be levied by the authorities as per the Indian Taxation Laws.
    2. The user shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and Payment Policy of the Ivy Nest Apartments.
  5. Confidentiality
    1. Either Party hereby agrees and undertakes to maintain utmost confidentiality with respect to Confidential Information furnished by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party or which comes within the knowledge or possession of the Receiving Party or its personnel, as a result of association with the Disclosing Party under this Agreement. The Receiving Party shall take necessary precautions, acceptable to the Disclosing Party to keep the Confidential Information secret and confidential.
    2. The Confidential Information shall not be used by the Receiving Party or its personnel for any purpose other than pursuant to or for the purpose of this Agreement, and, in particular, the Receiving Party shall not use the Confidential Information for its own benefit.
  6. Content & Data Protection
    1. Content consists of all data, software, and information that Consumer or its authorized users provides, authorizes access, Use of the Service will not affect Company's ownership or license rights in such Content. The Company its affiliates, may access and use the Content solely for the purpose of providing and managing the Service. Company will treat all Content as confidential by not disclosing Content except to Company/Service Provider’s employees and contractors and only to the extent necessary to deliver the required Services.
    2. The User hereby undertakes that it would not, under any circumstances, share or sell any data of the Company or its users that it may receive through any means via this Agreement to any third party.
    3. Both the Parties acknowledge that they may have access to certain Data as defined under the Definitions clause. Both the parties undertake that if any data is accessed or is made available to any of their employees, agents or contractors and any other related party, they would not store, copy, imitate, record, analyse, photograph or video graph or use any other technique that may be used to manipulate this data.
