1. If the Licensee vacates the premises before 6 Month Lock-in-Period, no security money will be returned. However, one part of security deposit will be returned provided only if the Company where the Licensee is working transfers the Licensee to another State or City and transfer letter from such Company is attached with the Vacant notice.
2. If the Licensee vacates the premises after 6 Month Lock-in-Period, the security money will be returned only after adjustment of any dues towards accident to property and Rs. 3000/- towards re-fab charges.
3. Claimed amount will do be clarified via mail to the registered Email ID.
4. Immaterial claim done by both party will be sue in Indian legal court and at least twice of security money can be claimed from the party at fault.
5. The security money will be returned to the Licensee’s mentioned or registered bank account after 2 working days of property inspection done by the authorized Company staff.
